Holiday Inn Parking Garage
40 Spring St, Portland, ME 04101
From the Holiday Inn Portland-By The Bay, travel northeast on Spring Street, towards Center Street. The parking garage entry is the first driveway on your right.
- There is a ticket booth at the garage's gate.
- Guests of the Holiday Inn Portland-By The Bay: Parking costs $15 a day per car and is added to your hotel bill automatically during checkout.
- Daytime visitors: Parking costs $5 for the day. You must obtain a ticket from our help desk on the first floor for this discount!
- After Hotel check-in, your hotel key will open the exit gate.
There is an assistance call button at the gate in case you have trouble.
Daytime visitors: If you pay to leave the parking garage and drive back inside, you will have to pay again!
Spring Street Parking Garage
45 Spring St, Portland, ME 04101
From the Holiday Inn Portland-By The Bay, travel northeast on Spring Street, towards Center Street. The parking garage entry is the first driveway on your left.
- There is a ticket booth at the garage's gate.
- Daytime visitors: Parking costs $3 per hour, $28 max daily.
There is an assistance call button at the gate in case you have trouble.
Note: The garage is closed from 1am-6am Monday-Saturday and 1am-8am Sunday. If you need to leave during these hours you will be charged an additional $25 lockout fee!
Gateway Parking Garage
181 High St, Portland, ME 04101
From the Holiday Inn Portland-By The Bay, travel southwest on Spring Street towards High Street. Turn right onto High Street. The parking garage entry is the first driveway on your right after The Westin Portland Harborview.
- There is a ticket booth at the garage's gate.
- Self parking: $40/day
